Q4 2023 Performance of Top Dining & Restaurants Android Apps in Australia

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Australia's Android users have shown varying levels of engagement with the top dining and restaurant applications. The data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into the performance of these apps.

MyMacca's experienced a fluctuating download trend, starting at roughly 35K in the last week of September and reaching a peak of approximately 50K in the first week of October. The downloads then showed a downward trend, ending at about 7K in the final week of December. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, with a high of 308K in mid-November before declining to 216K by Christmas.

KFC - Order On The Go downloads showed a mid-quarter spike, peaking at around 11K in late October and early November, then gradually decreasing to 5K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users saw a high of 90K in late October, which then tapered off to 74K by the year's end.

For Hungry Jack’s Deals & Ordering, there was a notable increase in downloads in late November, reaching over 11K, before a drop-off to approximately 6K by the end of December. The weekly active users peaked at 61K in the same period and fell to around 52K by the end of the quarter.

Domino’s saw its downloads remain relatively stable, with a slight increase to 6.5K in late October. Weekly active users reached a quarter high of approximately 38K in the same period, then slightly declined to 29K by the end of December.

Lastly, Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Mexican app downloads remained steady, with a slight peak at 3.4K in late November. The weekly active users saw a modest increase from 8.3K at the beginning of the quarter to a peak of 8.9K in November, before ending the quarter at around 8K.
